Our feet carry a lot of weight throughout the day. Why not Dip your toes in for a grounding foot soak to release any tension and shut down the mind.
- Fill a large bowl with warm / hot water
- Add in a couple drops of cedarwood and/or frankincense – these essentials oils can assist if you are feeling disconnected from your intuition or emotions.
- Add in a couple drops of ylang ylang – “if you are feeling like you have been hit by a truck.” This can help with emotions such as anger, stress, frustration and exhaustion.
