refreshments
At Cocoon, we know that what you put in your body is just as important as what you put on it. Light meals and refreshments are available upon request.
before your treatment
Please use the lockers provided to store your personal belongings during your treatment. Respect yourself and others by turning off communication devices prior to entering the spa, locker rooms, relax and treatment areas.
Casual attire is best. Robes and slippers will be provided on arrival. To preserve your pedicure polish, we suggest wearing open toed shoes. Disposable underwear will be provided if required.
If having a spray tan, wear loose dark clothing and avoid moisturising before tan.
Men are encouraged to shave before facial treatments.

Communication is the key to getting what you want out of your Cocoon Spa experience.
Prior to the start of your service, tell your therapist the areas you would like to focus on, and if you have any medical conditions, concerns or areas to be avoided.
During your service, let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort.

Give the gift of serenity and stress relief to someone you care about. Cocoon Spa and Wellness gift certificates are perfect for any occasion and are available for individual treatments, spa or bridal packages or predetermined denominations.
Whatever the occasion, we are happy to arrange a gift certificate for any spa treatment, service or spa product. You may wish to create your own personalised gift or choose a treatment from the spa menu.

reservations
Pre-booking your treatment is essential so we can best accommodate your needs. Please check-in at Cocoon Spa and Wellness at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will ensure you have time to change into your robe and slippers, and enjoy a herbal tea or refreshing drink before your treatment. Please understand if you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly.
We strongly encourage guests to book appointments in advance to ensure your preferred treatment or therapist is available.
Bookings made on the day of service and walk in appointments are always welcome, based upon availability.
cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know within 24 hours of your treatment, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment value will apply. A fee of 100% for all spa services reserved will be applied for ‘no shows’ or cancellations on public holidays. Please give 48 hours notice for conference, group and package bookings.
We require a credit card or gift certificate number to secure booking. Sundays attract a 10% surcharge.
